Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cookies are, which ones the P.max System uses, and how you can control them.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember things between pages and visits — like keeping you signed in.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to work and can’t be switched off in our system. They include:

  • Authentication — keeps you securely signed in to your account and protects gated content.
  • Security — helps protect against fraud and abuse (for example, request-rate protection).

Advertising and measurement

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure how well our advertising works — for example, how many people who saw an ad went on to buy. It sets and reads the following cookies:

  • _fbp — a random identifier for your browser, used to measure ad performance and to build audiences.
  • _fbc — records that you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, so a purchase can be attributed to the right ad.

When you complete a purchase we also send Meta a record of that sale from our server, including the amount and a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address. Hashing is one-way: Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint used only to match the sale to an account, not your actual email address. We do not send your name, phone number, or payment details.

You can limit this through your browser’s cookie settings, a tracker-blocking extension, or your Meta ad preferences. Blocking it will not affect your access to the platform.

What we don’t use

We do not use general website analytics, and we do not sell your personal information. If we add other optional cookies in the future, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent where required.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and accessing your modules.

  • Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies in their settings.
  • You can usually set your browser to warn you before a cookie is stored.
